Our first batches of chickens and Pekin ducks are coming along nicely and will be ready for purchase mid-July. More chickens and ducks will be ready mid-August, and another batch of Pekin ducks mid-September and Moulard ducks mid-October.

For those who like to get fresh chickens to cut up before freezing, it is best to arrange in advance so that we can hold some from the freezer and get them to you promptly.
